first week of homeschool

 

Our first week of school was a success. Perfect? Of course not! But I was AMAZED by the knowledge I see them soaking up. I’m so grateful for so much. 

Grateful for how much they are enjoying doing good work - handwriting, art, writing book reports. Grateful for how their brains make connections. Grateful for the “aha” moments and the “whoa!” moments. 

It’s going to be a journey together this year, figuring out our dynamics and motivation when the excitement fades. But I can’t wait to see what we look back on when we get to the end of the school year. I think we’ll be amazed by how far we go.
