 I felt you fluttering today 

Like a tickle in my tummy 

And it took my breath away 

We were all together on the couch

Your whole little family 

They jumped up at my word 

Hands and ears pressed against my belly 

Even though we knew no one else would feel you yet

And yet

You are there 

Everyone’s dreaming about you

Little one 

We don’t know what life will be like with you

But soon

We won’t know what life could be without you 

But for now we’re waiting 

For now you make our hearts
